VARMFC Fleet is a restricted operational application for approved fleet staff.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS
To approve and secure access, VARMFC records the approved user email address, device identifier, device name and model, operating system and app versions, registration date and last-seen date.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
This information is used only to register devices, control access, maintain fleet operations and investigate security or support issues. VARMFC does not sell personal information, display advertising or track users across other companies' apps and websites.
CAMERA ACCESS
Camera access is used only when a user chooses to scan a registration QR code, vehicle barcode or registration plate. Scanning is performed on the device. VARMFC does not upload or retain camera images.
STORAGE AND REMOVAL
Access records are stored in the protected VARMFC Google Workspace service. Administrators can revoke or permanently remove users and registered devices.

For registration help, access correction or deletion requests, email stadoobie@gmail.com. Include your approved email address and device name. Do not send passwords or registration codes.
